Siniša Bukvić graduated in 2002 from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Slavonski Brod. He has also completed the training program for managers at the business school IEDC Bled. He began his professional career while still a student at the company Dunja Elektronika, where he worked on the manufacture anti-hail rockets. Upon completing his studies, he was employed at DILJ Vinkovci, a member of the NEXE Group, where he actively participated in product development and investment in modern technologies for the production of tiles and bricks. He was promoted to chief of maintenance and assistant director for investment in 2006. In 2008, he moved to the OPEKA Group as technical director with an emphasis on managing activities for the exploitation of clay bricks, the production of various types of brick products, the maintenance and management of investments aimed at the rationalization and introduction of modern technologies.
After returning to the NEXE Group, he was named technical director of the Sarajevo Brick Factory and also quickly took over responsibility for managing the sector for production and technical activities at the division level of the NEXE Group for the production of bricks in the companies Slavonia IGM Našice, the Sarajevo Brick Factory, and IGM Stražilovo in Sremski Karlovci, Serbia. He was employed in the Đuro Đaković Group as assistant technical director and quickly became the technical director of Đuro Đaković Proizvodnja opreme. In June 2015, he was named director of production in Đuro Đaković Industrijska rješenja.
