Mate Pavić graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Osijek in 2007. He also completed the Higher School for Safety in Zagreb and obtained the professional title of safety engineer. Currently, he has completed all course requirements in graduate study and is awaiting his degree at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Slavonski Brod with a specialization in production management. Mater acquired his rich professional experience beginning in 2001 as the head of service and computer equipment sales in the outlet Makromedia. From 2005 to 2008 he worked as a controller of non-destructive testing and as an operator for tensometric testing of steel constructions in the Đuro Đaković Center for Research and Development. He then took a position in the company V.A.M.-ING as the representative of the board for quality and manager of the work safety department. In addition, he worked as an external consultant on reducing stress in welded joints in the company VIBRO-METAL. He came to the Đuro Đaković group in 2014 as the head of the department for quality control in Đuro Đaković Industrijska rješenja.
